Limited Lifetime Warranty
1. Our Mission & Promise
At Falko Tactical, we design gear to perform under pressure, built to last, backed by integrity. We believe in our craftsmanship, and stand behind our products with confidence. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is our commitment that, for as long as you own your Falko Tactical item, we’ll support you when its performance falters under defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty applies only to the original end-user who purchased the product, with valid proof of purchase (order ID) from our official channels (Shopify Store falkotactical.com, Amazon Falko Tactical Official Store).
2. What This Warranty Covers
Defects in materials or workmanship. So long as the product is used in accordance with its instructions and intended purpose, this warranty covers structural failures, broken components, or other defects arising from manufacturing or materials.
Repair or replacement. Falko Tactical, at its discretion, will either repair or replace (with new or refurbished parts) any warranted item at no charge (except as stated below).
3. Duration “Lifetime” Definition
The term “lifetime” refers to the period during which the original purchaser owns the product (i.e. non-transferrable).
If Falko Tactical discontinues the product model, the warranty in effect for that item will remain in force, subject to parts availability.
This warranty is “limited”, meaning we impose certain restrictions, exclusions, and claim procedures (detailed below).
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, unauthorized repair, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, or exposure to harmful chemicals or environments.
Wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading) that do not impair the functionality of the product.
Damage caused by external events (fire, flood, impact, etc.).
Loss or theft of the product.
Use outside of recommended or intended usage (for example, extreme loads beyond design specifications).
Costs of shipping the product to Falko Tactical for repair or inspection (except where prohibited by local law).
Any implied warranties beyond the duration of this limited lifetime warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
Contact Falko Tactical Customer Support (email, web form, etc.) with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Product name, model
- Description of the defect, with photos/video
Falko Tactical will evaluate your claim. If approved, we will ship a replacement once received the preferred shipping address.
We typically aim to resolve valid claims within a reasonable time (1-3 days).
6. Limitation of Remedies & Liability
Exclusive remedy. This limited lifetime warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy.
Limitation on damages. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Falko Tactical shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages (such as loss of use, loss of profit, or other indirect costs).
No tie-in requirements. You are not required to use Falko-branded parts or services exclusively to retain warranty coverage (unless required by law).
State / local laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties. This clause may not apply to you in those jurisdictions.
7. Consumer Rights & Local Disclosures
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction (for instance, under state, provincial, or national consumer protection laws).
If any part of this warranty is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
In places where implied warranties cannot legally be disclaimed or limited, such disclaimers do not apply.
8. Miscellaneous
No waiver. No dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or change this warranty.
Transferability. This warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners.
Governing law / venue. Unless prohibited, this warranty shall be governed by the laws of WY and disputes shall be resolved in designated courts.
Interpretation. Any ambiguity in this warranty will be construed in favor of the consumer (to the extent required by law).
Tolling. The warranty period may be tolled (i.e. paused) during periods when the product is in repair or in transit, where required by law (for instance, some states require tolling during repair).
